100 Day Project

From January 31-May 10, 2021 I painted, stamped, stenciled, embossed, wove, cut, dyed, painted, or collaged teabags for the 2021 100 Day Project. I recycled dry, emptied teabags: Earl Gray (for the traditional ecru color), Turmeric (for the rich yellow, and Hibiscus or Pomegranate (for a soft pink). I added the occasional buttons, lace, or washi tape for accent. I even stamped a few teabags, then cut them into long triangles and rolled my own handmade beads (days 68 & 69)!

Here's a look at the whole project:

Days 1-9

Days 10-18
Collage, using many downloadable collage images from Art Tea Life

Days 19-27

Days 28-36

Days 37-45

Days 46-54

anyone who can adhere to a 100 day project has my admiration! I really love all of your projects (I found you in Gwen Lafleur's group) and I think your art is amazing! clintine steele
